All Orders will take a minimum of 14 days before shipping
All Custom orders require a 50% refundable deposit for artist to start drawing knife and 50% balance is due once drawing is approved by customer.
Due to each knife being custom and handmade knives are started once the order is placed.
Customer has 24 hrs. to cancel order for full refund

Each knife has a 30-day warranty*

*Knives are made with carbon steel not stainless steel, it will rust if left wet. Please follow the care instructions included with your knife.
